UPCOMING EVENTS: Sundays, March 14, 21, and 28 2010, there will be the annual Holiday Isle Spring Break Bikini Contests. Contests will begin at 2:00 pm each Sunday, so grab your friends and come view the beauty(s) of Holiday Isle Resort and Marina.

On February 18, 19, and 20, 2010, the Florida Powerboat Club (FPC) returned to the 'Isle' for their annual getaway. They visit our Marina and Resort every year the first weekend after the Miami Boat Show with their array of 'colorful' powerboats. Sixty-six boats made the trip this year, including the 'Bat Boat' at left, complete with painted detail of Batman' and Gotham City.
Several booths were set up for the show, and this MTI 'Cat' was an eyecatcher for all visitors.

The Marina was a 'Sea of Color'!!!
At right, another beautiful boat of the FPC was the 'Red Corvette' boat. The boat is made with actual corvette parts and is a beauty to behold. At left, a beautiful yacht that visited the Marina prior to the FPC's arrival.
Valentine's Day weekend was a buzz with visitors who enjoyed the annual Holiday Isle Resort Sweetheart Arts and Crafts Festival with handmade jewelry, clothing, glass art, artists, handmade instruments, and much, much more.
On Saturday, February 13, in conjunction with the Arts and Crafts Festival, Holiday held a 'silent auction' for Haitian Relief. It was a great success!!
J.R. Reeder and Iwalani returned to the stage at the Tiki Bar for the first time in years to perform for Haitian Relief. 'Billy' from Connecticut joined in the fun with the Hawaiian Balls!! Great job Billy!
J.R. and Iwalani thrilled the crowd with Hawaiian Dance and J.R.'s Rhythm and Blues music.

A unique craft.....handcarved and painted coconuts fashioned into Tropical Fish!!!
A big hit at the Festival was crafter and 'glassblower' Jay McIver with his unique tropical items fashioned from glass.
In December of 2009, the Miami Dade Police Officer's Run was held at Holiday Isle Resort. Hundreds of Police Officers on motorcycles rolled into Holiday Isle for their annual run.
On November 18, 2009, the Nascar Racer's Invitational Fishing Tournament awards banquet was held at the Tiki Bar at Holiday Isle Resort. The event was catered by Bonefish Grill. At right is Joe Balash and his wife Tammy who fished the event. Joe is the Nationwide Series Director for Nascar. The event was sponsored by AFLAC.
On November 7, 2009, 'Corvettes in Paradise' made their annual trek to Holiday Isle and again the Resort was a sea of color.
Old and new corvettes lined the parking lot. At right, a vintage 'orange' corvette.
